Job summary

Passavant Memorial Homes is seeking a Community Participation Supports Director to lead the CPS program in the Harmar area. This full‑time role oversees CPS/SE services, ensures IP accuracy, coordinates schedules, and leads staff training and documentation.

You will report to the Program Administrator and collaborate with management to advance client outcomes. The position requires supervisory experience, a valid driver’s license, and relevant degrees, with competitive benefits and opportunities

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Eligible to perform Program Specialist duties per 55 Pa. Code Chapter 6400.44.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with related experience included as acceptable qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CPS and SE services including general management and daily operations.
• Participate in IP meetings, quarterly reviews, and planning sessions.
• Ensure IP accuracy and monitor goal/objective implementation.
• Coordinate participant schedules with residential managers and staff.
• Ensure staff are trained on IP, MAR, diet, and treatment plans.
• Complete Service Notes, QPNs, and Quarterly Conversations.
