We are currently looking for a Community Participation Supports (CPS) Directorto fill a full‑time position in the Harmar area. The CPS Director position is a full‑time position under the direct supervision of the Program Administrator. The CPS Director is responsible for the implementation and oversight of the PMH CPS program for the assigned region, including the supervision of Community Support Professionals (CSP) and individual participants within the program. CPS services aim to provide individuals with supports to engage in lifelong learning and find ways to move from being in the community to becoming a valued part of the community. The CPS Director will carry out all CPS services and duties in accordance with the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) service description and PMH policies.
