Job summary

Passavant Memorial Homes is seeking a CPS Director to lead Community Participation Supports in the Harmar area. The role oversees CPS and SE services, supervises staff, and ensures IP accuracy and progress notes, while coordinating schedules with residential managers and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Master’s degree or higher with experience in developmental disabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree with two years’ related experience.
• Associate’s degree with four years’ related experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CPS and SE services, managing operations and policies.
• Participate in IP meetings, reviews, and consultations.
• Ensure IP accuracy and goal/objective monitoring.
• Coordinate participants’ daily/weekly schedules with residential staff.
• Train staff on IPs, MARs, diets, and needs.
• Ensure timely service notes and quarterly progress notes.
• Complete comprehensive assessments annually.
• Manage regional CPS petty cash and report weekly.
• Oversee vehicle and equipment maintenance.
• Hire and train staff, conduct on-the-job training.
• Monitor staff time sheets, PTO, and sick days.
• Engage community stakeholders to expand program opportunities.
• Ensure safety and protection of participants.
• Collaborate with management to reach goals.
