Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in land use/urban planning or related field.
• Ability to obtain AICP certification within 36 months of employment.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in planning, building, or code enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates planning, building, code enforcement, and STR activities.
• Provides professional planning services to the Town Board and commissions.
• Provides vision for community development and informs stakeholders.
