Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring adherence to standards (DCS, Medicaid, commercial insurance), and driving data-driven improvements in collaboration with the PQI department and external

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience with children with challenging behaviors or developmental/emotional disabilities.
• Minimum of 3 years’ supervisorial and/or quality assurance experience.
• Licensure such as LCSW, LMFT, LMHC preferred.
• Must meet age and driving/ background requirements and pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and oversight of community-based services and programming.
• Ensure program quality, audits, staffing and financial processes and outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with governing body and referral source standards including DCS, Medicaid, and commercial insurance.
• Utilize data to improve outcomes and service delivery in collaboration with PQI.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders to maintain quality improvement and reporting.
