Damar Services, LLC is seeking a Director of Community Based Services to oversee program quality, audit processes, staffing, and financial outcomes across community-based programs. The role ensures compliance with DCS, Medicaid, and commercial insurance standards while driving growth and quality.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree in related fields, with 3+ years in supervision or QA, and licensure preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with children with challenging behaviors or developmental disabilities.
• Minimum of 3 years’ supervisorial and/or quality assurance experience.
• Licensure in LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC preferred.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Direct program development, implementation and oversight of community-based services.
• Ensure compliance with governing bodies, DCS, Medicaid, and commercial insurances.
• Lead audits, QA, data collection and reporting to improve outcomes.
• Oversee staff training, licensure-related activities and documentation.
• Foster positive relationships with external stakeholders and partners.
