Qualifications

• Extensive real-world experience in commissioning, particularly within the MEP engineering sector.
• Certification by one of the major national commissioning organizations.
• Proven leadership ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex concepts clearly.
• Strong organizational skills for managing commissioning documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an innovative commissioning software platform integrated with other MEP tools.
• Establish and lead a new commissioning department, recruiting and mentoring a top-tier team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align platform with company goals and client needs.
• Provide expert input to refine commissioning processes, driving efficiency and accuracy.
