Job summary

ENFRA Solutions seeks a Director of Commissioning to lead and support teams ensuring building systems align with Owner requirements and design intent. You will engage owners, contractors, engineers, and architects to drive successful commissioning across multiple projects.

The role demands a strong leadership track record, deep knowledge of HVAC/electrical/controls, and a proactive approach to mentoring and improving processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of commissioning or related building construction experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, controls, and building enclosure.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Commissioning certification (NEBB/ACG/BCxA/ASHRAE, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop Cx Professionals.
• Establish performance standards and conduct evaluations.
• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external partners to define and document requirements.
• Manage and distribute incoming project information to commissioning agents and technicians.
• Implement and maintain a structured process for status tracking and reporting to clients and stakeholders.
• Develop and negotiate commissioning fee proposals, including labor-hour estimates.
• Oversee KPIs and performance metrics to maintain project health.
• Support business development efforts and pursue opportunities with clients.
