Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Relationship Management, Account Management or Portfolio Management in a corporate banking environment.
• Bachelor's degree required; Business Administration, Finance and Accounting preferred.
• Formal credit training and advanced level of credit skills required.
• Seasoned professional with a combination of education, experience and industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Acts as escalation point for complex client issues and resolves conflicts while maintaining strong relationships.
• Leads structuring of high-value, complex deals and credit approvals in line with client needs.
• Oversees credit approvals and drives pricing coordination as the client advocate.
• Drives negotiations for high-value transactions and ensures deals meet client requirements.
• Manages high-value client portfolios, driving cross-selling, retention and profitability.
