Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Organizational Development, Communications, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive commercial leadership, customer development, or related functions.
• 5+ years of leadership experience with cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience developing and executing customer, dealer, channel, training, or sales enablement programs at scale.
• Experience partnering with CRM, reporting, or other commercial systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive customer and sales education strategy for dealers, customers, and sales teams.
• Build a centralized training organization with consistent learning across brands and segments.
• Lead dealer programs and customer loyalty programs; partner with national accounts and large buying groups.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to improve dealer and customer experience and growth.
• Define business requirements for Customer Master, Salesforce, and related commercial systems.
