Job summary

ClickHouse is seeking a Director of Product Management to define the multi-year strategy for the ClickHouse Cloud platform. You will lead the roadmap for cloud-native database capabilities and partner with Engineering to scale the platform while aligning with enterprise customer needs.

You will mentor Product Managers, coordinate with Design, Sales, and Support, and represent ClickHouse at industry events to translate customer needs into long-term product direction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Management experience, including cloud infrastructure or database products.
• Ability to influence product direction across multiple engineering teams and drive large cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
• Comfortable with both strategic and technical discussions with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Define the multi-year product strategy and roadmap for ClickHouse Cloud.
• Partner with Engineering leadership to prioritize investments across core engine, storage, and query execution frameworks.
• Coach and mentor Product Managers across platform areas.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Support, and Customer Success on launches and customer experiences.
• Balance long-term platform investments with near-term commitments and business priorities.
• Represent ClickHouse with strategic customers and industry events.
