Job summary

ClickHouse is seeking a Principal Product Manager for ClickHouse Cloud to lead the development and delivery of a cloud-native database platform. You will work closely with engineering, customers, and stakeholders to define the roadmap, oversee feature delivery, and shape product positioning.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in cloud SaaS product management, deep database knowledge, and strong leadership to drive cross-functional execution in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in cloud-based SaaS, preferably with database or real-time analytics backgrounds.
• Strong understanding of SQL, query execution, indexing, partitioning and performance tuning.
• Experience with one or more databases such as ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product roadmap for ClickHouse Cloud, focusing on cloud-native database capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering to prioritize improvements to core database engine, storage, and query optimizer.
• Engage with customers to gather insights and guide product decisions.
• Coordinate with design, marketing, operations, and sales for feature launches and messaging.
• Define and track KPIs to measure product success.
• Act as the primary contact for all product communications and stakeholder expectations.
