The role focuses on multi-cloud governance (AWS/GCP), IaC with Terraform, Backstage IDP, and AI-powered capabilities, while guiding Kubernetes platforms and 24x7 reliability.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of engineering leadership experience
• Cloud infrastructure and SRE expertise
• Kubernetes cluster design and operations

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture of IDP built on Backstage for developer UX.
• Drive CI/CD strategy using Harness, GitHub Actions, Jenkins at scale.
• Govern multi-cloud infra (AWS, GCP) with Terraform and IaC discipline.
• Lead AI-powered engineering capabilities and autonomous agent strategies.
• Architect and maintain Kubernetes platforms for reliability and scale.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Security to align roadmaps and investments.
• Present platform strategy and outcomes to executive leadership.
• Lead global platform teams to ensure 24x7 shared services.
