Job summary

McAfee is seeking a Director of Business Applications to lead the Workday platform across HR and Finance, driving strategy, architecture, and governance. The role oversees a team of Workday architects and analysts, focusing on HR/Finance integration, security, and data integrity while partnering with senior leaders to align technology with business goals.

Hybrid role based in Frisco, TX, with travel to McAfee offices as needed. Relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in enterprise business applications with Workday across HR and Finance.
Proven Workday architecture, configuration, and release management leadership.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication with HR and Finance leaders.
Experience with Workday integrations, security, and data architecture.
Ability to drive governance, compliance, and vendor management at scale.

Responsibilities

Define end-to-end Workday strategy, architecture, and roadmap for HR and Finance.
Act as senior Workday technical authority on configuration, integrations, and security.
Lead the Workday team, including architects, analysts, and admins.
Oversee release management and adoption of new Workday capabilities.
Establish integration and data architecture with payroll, benefits, and financial systems.
Ensure governance, compliance, and data quality across HR and Finance.
