Job summary

Emblem Home Health in Arizona seeks a Director of Clinical Services (RN) to oversee clinical operations across multiple Phoenix metro locations. You will mentor nursing teams, drive quality outcomes, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with leadership to optimize patient care.

This full-time role requires an active AZ RN license and prior nurse management experience in home health or acute care. You will lead QA/QAPI initiatives, manage staffing, and build referral relationships while
