Emblem Home Health, part of The Pennant Group, seeks a Director of Clinical Services (RN) to lead Arizona home health operations, mentor nursing teams, and drive quality patient outcomes. This role shapes care delivery, ensures compliance, and partners with executive leadership on budgeting and census management.

You will oversee clinical services, foster staff development, and advance QAPI initiatives while maintaining state and accreditation standards.

Competenze

• Actively licensed and in good standing as an RN in Arizona.
• Proven supervisory or nurse management experience leading clinical teams in home health or extensive critical care experience with ICU/EM settings; trauma centers desirable.
• Working knowledge of Home Health regulations, clinical operations, quality improvement, and compliance standards.
• Experience with Homecare Homebase preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead and oversee all direct and indirect patient care services.
• Mentor, coach, and support clinical Supervisors and staff to drive outcomes.
• Manage clinical operations, staffing, workforce planning, and team performance.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards (Joint Commission).
• Oversee clinical documentation, patient records, reporting, and quality assurance initiatives.
• Drive QAPI programs and performance metrics.
• Partner with executive leadership on budgeting, census management, and efficiency.
