Job summary

Harmony United Psychiatric Care seeks a Director of Clinical Services to lead clinical program development, quality initiatives, and staff competency. The role combines administrative oversight with direct patient care and supervision of trainees.

Applicants should hold a master’s degree in a relevant field with licensure coursework and Florida licensure; a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology is preferred. Four ten-hour shifts weekly and a focus on growth are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Masters degree plus licensure coursework for Florida licensure as LMHC/LCWS/LMFT
• Ph.D. or Psy.D. preferred for leadership role
• Active Florida licensure in psychology or mental health field preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality and effectiveness of clinical services through policy development, programming and staff competency assessments.
• Develop and enhance clinical programming to meet organizational goals and patient needs.
• Plan and implement strategic initiatives and new service offerings to support growth.
• Collaborate with quality assurance, office management, and other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
• Provide direct patient care and supervise interns or fellows up to 20 hours per week
