Job summary

Harmony United Psychiatric Care in Florida is seeking a Director of Clinical Services to lead clinical policy, programming, and quality improvement while supervising staff and providing direct patient care. This full-time role emphasizes strategic growth and the development of new services within outpatient mental health care.

The candidate should hold a master’s degree with licensure coursework for Florida LPH and, ideally, a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required with licensure coursework for Florida health professions.
• Doctorate in Clinical Psychology preferred for higher qualification.
• Active Florida license as Clinical Psychologist / LCSW / LMFT / LMHC is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality and effectiveness of clinical services via policy development, programming, QA initiatives, and staff competency assessments.
• Create and enhance clinical programming to meet organizational goals and patient needs.
• Develop strategic initiatives and new services to support growth and sustainability.
• Collaborate with QA, office management, and other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
• Provide direct patient care and supervise interns or fellows up to 20 hours per week.
