Job summary

Harmony United Psychiatric Care in Clearwater seeks a Director of Clinical Services to lead clinical programming, policy development, and quality improvement while supervising interns. The role includes direct patient care up to 20 hours weekly and collaboration with QA and operations to ensure service excellence.

Ideal candidates hold a Florida license and extensive outpatient mental health management experience; a PhD/PsyD is preferred for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology or counseling or social work with licensure coursework.
• Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology (Ph.D./Psy.D.) preferred.
• Florida license as Clinical Psychologist / LCSW / LMFT / LMHC required.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Manager or Director of Clinical Services in outpatient mental health.
• Demonstrated leadership to motivate and guide a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality and effectiveness of clinical services via policy development, programming and quality initiatives.
• Create and enhance clinical programming to meet organizational goals and patient needs.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives and new services to support growth.
• Collaborate with QA, office management and other departments for seamless service delivery.
• Provide direct patient care and supervise interns or fellows up to 20 hours per week.
