Job summary

Harmony United Psychiatric Care seeks a Director of Clinical Services to lead clinical programming, quality initiatives, and policy development in an outpatient setting. You will supervise staff, oversee quality and effectiveness, and contribute to strategy while providing direct patient care and mentoring interns or fellows up to 20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, counselling, or social work with licensure coursework for FL DOH.
• Florida License as Clinical Psychologist/LCSW/LMFT/LMHC required.
• 5+ years as Manager/Director of Clinical Services in outpatient mental health.
• Experience leading teams and driving quality initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality and effectiveness of clinical services via policy development, programming, and quality initiatives.
• Develop and enhance clinical programming to meet goals and patient needs.
• Plan and implement strategic initiatives and new services for growth.
• Collaborate with QA, office management, and other departments for seamless operations.
• Provide direct patient care and supervise interns/fellows up to 20 hours/week.
