Harmony United Psychiatric Care in Coral Gables, FL, seeks a Director of Clinical Services to oversee clinical policy, programming, quality initiatives, and staff development. The role includes direct patient care and supervising interns up to 20 hours weekly.

The ideal candidate will bring a Master’s in psychology or related field with licensure coursework; a Doctorate is preferred. Florida licensure as a clinical professional is required, with strong leadership skills to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or social work with licensure coursework.
• Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) preferred.
• Florida licensure as Clinical Psychologist / LCSW / LMFT / LMHC required

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality and effectiveness of clinical services via policy development, programming, QA initiatives, and staff competency assessments.
• Create and enhance clinical programming to meet organizational goals and patient needs.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives and new service offerings to support growth and sustainability.
• Collaborate with QA, office management, and other departments to ensure seamless delivery of clinical services.
• Provide direct patient care and supervise interns or fellows up to 20 hours per week.
