Job description

Cardiology Consultants of Philadelphia is a professional medical organization committed to the healing mission of Medicine. CCP specializes in providing comprehensive cardiology care and currently has over 35 locations throughout the Philadelphia area.

We are currently hiring for a full time Director of Clinical Services, who will oversee the clinical operations and training functions of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and update written policies and procedures that govern the day-to-day clinical functions of the organization
• Manage operational aspects of clinical programs being implemented throughout our various cost centers
• Oversee clinical training protocols and onboarding of all new clinical staff.
• Coordinate Code training for all CCP stress labs and run Mock Codes; ensure staff exhibit competence when following workflows, ensure physical equipment is current/available
• Monitor staffing compliance to ensure both internal policies and best practices are followed.
• Serve as a clinical resource regarding policies and procedures, patient standards, performance improvement, OSHA, and risk management issues.
• Identify opportunities for improvement among all current clinical lines of service.
• Evaluate and test new products for clinical services

Requirements:

• Must have a current RN license, ACLS, and CPR. BSN required
• Must have 3 years of experience as an RN in Cardiology
• Must have the ability to multitask
• Experience with an EMR system is required
