Qualifications

• Master's degree required in a relevant field such as Healthcare Admin, Nursing, or Law.
• Minimum five years in healthcare risk management or regulatory leadership.
• Three years of leadership experience managing teams or programs.
• Experience with accreditation, compliance, and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for clinical risk management and regulatory affairs.
• Advise executive leaders on material regulatory and accreditation risks and mitigation.
• Oversee event investigations, claims coordination, and learning from incidents.
• Maintain readiness for accreditation surveys and regulatory inquiries.
• Develop governance dashboards and reporting for executives and boards.
