Job summary

Family & Children's Services in Tulsa, OK seeks a Director of Clinical Risk Management to lead the organization’s clinical risk program and promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement. The role focuses on identifying, evaluating, and mitigating clinical risks impacting clients, staff, and operations.

The successful candidate will guide incident reviews, root-cause analyses, and action plans, while collaborating with senior leadership to advance agency-wide risk reduction.

Qualifications

• Licensed behavioral health professional required (LCSW / LPC / LMFT).
• Minimum five years of clinical experience with leadership exposure.
• Experience with investigations, root-cause analyses, or quality reviews preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the organization's clinical risk management program.
• Lead incident reviews, RCA, and corrective action planning.
• Support enterprise risk management framework and risk-reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and leadership on risk trends and reporting.
• Oversee annual review of agency insurance portfolio with GC and broker.
