Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or a related field
• Minimum five years of post-master’s clinical experience
• Experience supervising programs, budgets, and staff
• Licensure in social work or related field; supervisory certifications preferred
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures

Responsibilities

• Supervise all clinical, counseling, and case management programs.
• Monitor programs and prepare monthly/quarterly funder reports.
• Recruit, screen, interview, orient, and train staff, interns, and volunteers.
• Oversee budget development and funding source acquisition.
• Collaborate with management to guide strategic service delivery and agency operations.
