Job summary

Mentor Community Services, part of the Sevita family, seeks a Clinical Services Director to oversee statewide clinical services and lead a team of professionals in child welfare services. You will ensure licensure compliance, supervise clinical staff, and drive program growth across the state.

The role requires a Master’s degree, valid licensure (LCSW or LPC), and at least five years of post-licensure experience in clinical settings, with supervisory leadership.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree required; LCSW or LPC licensure preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years post-licensure experience in psychosocial assessment and psychotherapeutic methods.
• Minimum 5 years in child welfare service delivery, with supervisory experience.
• Senior managerial-level supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, supervise, and deliver clinical services statewide.
• Ensure licensing requirements and in-service training for staff.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations; manage caseloads.
