You will lead hiring, training, coaching, and supervision; drive program development and implementation; ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations; and build partnerships with community organizations to support families and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required in psychology, counseling, social work or related field.
• Three years of direct work experience per supervision requirements.
