Responsibilities

• Provides clinical program supervision per administrative rule and policy.
• Counsels clients in one-to-one sessions for mental health support.
• Interviews clients, reviews records, and collaborates with professionals to evaluate conditions.
• Plans and coordinates treatment with supervisors and staff.
• Monitors and records client progress toward treatment goals.
• Refers clients to community resources and ensures service efficacy.
• Provides clinical assistance to staff as needed.
• May provide consultation, evaluation, and treatment services.
• Maintains treatment plans and documents progress for youth and families.
