Job summary

PTC Therapeutics, Inc is seeking an Associate Director, Clinical Operations to lead the end-to-end execution of global clinical trials. You will manage study design, timelines, budgeting, site/CRO oversight, data review, and reporting within a cross‑functional team.

The role requires a minimum of 7 years in clinical research, strong regulatory knowledge (GMP/GCP/ICH), and proven leadership to coach staff and partner with investigators. Travel up to 20% is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline is required.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible clinical research experience.
• Experience managing trials or programs in pharma/biotech/CRO environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and reporting of clinical trials with timelines and budgets.
• Oversee site/CRO management, data review, and study reporting.
• Develop and edit study protocols, CRFs, ICFs, and related documents.
• Coordinate regulatory submissions and communications with teams.
• Mentor and coach direct reports within a cross-functional team.
