Responsibilities

The Clinical Director (RN) oversees and directs patient care operations under the guidance of the Home Health Executive Director. Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating and completing projects aligned with company objectives.
• Managing patient referrals, planning services, and supervising home health care delivery.
• Implementing and maintaining administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Enhancing agency profitability and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Education and Experience

• Must hold a valid RN license in the state of operation.
• Preferred: At least 3 years of experience in hospice, home health, or related healthcare settings.
• Preferred: At least 2 years of healthcare leadership experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to reliable transportation.
