Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health seeks a physician to oversee clinical operations for the CBHC in Lawrence. You will provide clinical leadership, supervise psychiatrists, NPs, and staff, and align services with the health system strategy.

You will deliver regular clinical consultations, supervise progress notes, and participate in stakeholder meetings, ensuring HIPAA and related regulations are followed.

Qualifications

• MD designation with Massachusetts license and DEA registration.
• Board certification in Psychiatry (Adult/Child & Adolescent).
• CBHC experience preferred.
• Expertise in risk assessment, management, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical and medical operations of the CBHC in Lawrence with senior leadership.
• Provide direction for refinement of the care model and align services with strategy.
• Provide ongoing clinical consultation to staff and supervise Medical Staff.
• Coordinate on-call medical consultation coverage and policy adherence.
