Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health in Charlestown, MA seeks an Executive Director, Clinical Operations to translate the CCO's strategic priorities into coordinated system‑level action across quality, safety, primary care, value-based care, and digital health.

You will manage a team of about 15 direct reports, oversee OCCO budgets, governance forums, and performance dashboards, and lead enterprise initiatives with accountability and rigor.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required.
• Master’s degree strongly preferred.
• Experience in healthcare management or clinical operations is expected.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational advisor to the CCO, providing strategic counsel on priorities and resources.
• Manage OCCO operations, including agenda management, decision tracking, and commitments.
• Oversee budget planning, monitoring, and reporting for the OCCO and affiliated functions.
• Directly manage high-priority, cross-functional initiatives and governance forums.
