Job summary

K&I Healthcare Services, LLC is seeking a Director of Clinical Services to oversee the clinical operations across OMHC, PRP, SEP, and outpatient services in Maryland. The role ensures clinical soundness, regulatory compliance, and alignment with CARF and Maryland Medicaid requirements, while collaborating with the Compliance consultant and executive leadership.

The position requires a Master’s degree in a related field, Maryland licensure (LCSW-C, LCPC, or licensed psychologist), and at least

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field required.
• Maryland licensure: LCSW-C, LCPC, or Licensed Psychologist required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience in mental health or behavioral health settings.
• Minimum of three (3) years in a supervisory or clinical leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight of OMHC, PRP, SEP, and outpatient services.
• Maintain ultimate clinical oversight, ensure COMAR/CARF compliance, and supervise the Clinical Coordinator and Program Managers.
• Oversee credentialing and licensure verification for clinical staff.
• Monitor clinical productivity and outcomes, supporting workforce planning and efficiency.
• Lead clinical training sessions on staff development, compliance updates, and best practices.
• Participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement initiatives, surveys, audits, and corrective action plans.
