K&I Healthcare Services, LLC is seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to oversee the outpatient mental health clinic in Waldorf and lead a team in providing comprehensive psychological assessments and services. Must be licensed in Maryland with supervisory eligibility and strong leadership experience.

The role emphasizes high-volume clinical operations, supervision of therapists, and development of robust testing protocols, including WAIS-5, WISC-V, and ADOS-2.

Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology and Maryland licensure.
• Eligible to supervise in Maryland.
• At least 3 years post-licensure experience.
• Experience supervising a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proven experience generating revenues for clinical services.
• Experience in crisis settings and with evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of clinical services and ensure quality care.
• Provide supervision to registered psychological associates and support professional growth.
• Stay current with best practices in psychological testing and assessments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to integrate assessment results into treatment planning.
• Develop and oversee quality improvement initiatives and program standards.
• Monitor clinical performance metrics and ensure regulatory compliance.
