Job summary

The Urology Group is seeking a Clinical Director to oversee, direct, manage, and analyze all operational activity across our clinics. You will collaborate with the clinical operations team to improve practices and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include scheduling, staffing, patient flow, and budget collaboration with the VP of Operations. Travel between facilities is required; a nursing degree and RN license are essential.

Qualifications

• RN license required by state.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of administration/health experience; urology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and directs all operational activity of the clinics.
• Schedules staff, ensures adequate staffing and patient flow.
• Collaborates with VP of Operations on pilots and standards.
• Develops annual program goals for the facilities.
• Manages budget preparation and modifications.
• Ensures compliance with policies and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, OSHA, AHCA).
• Leads hiring, training and ongoing supervision of clinic staff.
• Maintains positive relationships with leadership teams and staff.
• Supports staff development and performance metrics.
• Travels between facilities to oversee multiple locations.
