Job summary

United Urology Group is seeking a Clinical Research Manager to oversee clinical research activities and lead cross-functional teams. You will ensure GCP compliance, manage staff, and coordinate regulatory and financial processes for urology-focused trials.

The role involves coordinating study start-up, budgeting, and sponsor communications while advancing departmental growth and policy development within the Clinical Research Administrative Committee.

Qualifications

• Minimum of LPN or Bachelors degree in Nursing or Science-related field required.
• Research certification (SOCRA or ACRP) preferred; may substitute with equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of clinical trials and trial recruitment strategies.
• Source and evaluate clinical studies suitable for urology practice.
• Develop and implement training for CRCs and staff on GCP and regulatory practices.
• Ensure GCP compliance through SOPs, training, and audit readiness.
• Supervise site readiness for monitoring visits, audits, and inspections.
