Behavioral Innovations in Linthicum Heights, MD, seeks a Sr. Director of Clinical Services (BCBA) to lead the clinical team across our growing ABA centers.

You will guide clinical excellence and oversee program delivery with BCBA supervision and RBT training in a dynamic, onsite environment. You will collaborate with centralized support, drive professional development, and contribute to expanding services at 90+ centers nationwide, including MD, TX, OK, CO, VA, NC.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for improving lives of individuals with autism.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical services with BCBA team across centers.
