Your Health is seeking a Director of Clinical Education to lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive educational programs for our Augusta and Aiken teams. Qualifications
- Current RN licensure in good standing.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience.
- Master’s Degree in Nursing Education or related field preferred.
- CNPD certification preferred.
- Experience developing online or blended learning.
- Proficient with EMR, telemedicine, and remote monitoring tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication; leadership abilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, implementation and evaluation of educational programs for Augusta and Aiken staff.
- Mentor and coach staff, promoting evidence-based practice across teams.
- Develop and implement training initiatives aligned with patient care goals and regulatory standards.
- Lead hands-on workshops, simulations, and competency assessments.
- Collaborate with leadership to prioritize training aligned with organizational goals.
