Mosaic Life Care seeks a Director of Operations to provide operational oversight of Mosaic Clinics. You will partner with clinic leadership and providers to assure delivery of clinical services across the care continuum, achieving financial, service, quality and safety goals for the organization.

The role requires five years of management experience, experience with clinical operations, and willingness to travel between system facilities to meet needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 5 Years - Management experience - Required.
• 5 Years - Experience with clinical operations and coordinating or leading work groups - Required.
• Must be able to travel between facilities - Required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee operations of assigned Mosaic Clinics.
• Partner with clinic leadership and providers to assure availability of clinical services.
• Monitor budgets, performance, and quality metrics.
• Develop talent and coach leadership teams.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow market share.
• Ensure regulatory requirements are met and patient safety standards are upheld.
• Perform regular rounds and engage caregivers and patients to address needs.
