Job summary

Mosaic Health seeks a Regional Director of Operations to lead the performance of a set of value-based primary care practices within a region. The role encompasses P&L responsibility, operational excellence, and patient-centered care improvements across multiple sites in Indiana.

The candidate will partner with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives, manage regional budgets, and optimize clinical and financial outcomes while maintaining a positive practice culture and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, Healthcare field, Life Sciences, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of healthcare experience with focus on analysis and program implementation.
• 5+ years of managerial experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills with ability to inspire staff and providers.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develops and leads operational strategy and execution of value-based care programs across the market, practices, and provider networks.
• Conducts regular practice meetings to align with corporate values and goals.
• Collaborates with RVP to construct and oversee regional practice budget.
• Analyzes KPIs and clinical data to identify gaps and opportunities for cost and quality improvements.
• Leads implementation of value-based care contracts, workflows, technology, and initiatives.
• Monitors patient satisfaction and drives improvements in service delivery.
• Ensures compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
