Job summary

Ascend Analytics, based in Boulder, CO, seeks a Director of Account Management to lead a team of 5 Account Managers and report to the CRO. This role focuses on client success, deepening relationships, and delivering measurable impact, with remote options for highly experienced candidates.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in account management leadership.
• Experience managing high-performing account management teams.
• Energy markets, analytics, or software solutions interest; energy industry experience is a plus.
• Able to translate complex technical solutions into clear business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of account managers.
• Enhance the operating cadence to achieve GRR of 90%+.
• Serve as trusted advisor to clients and maximize value from Ascend Analytics’ solutions.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Analytics to align client needs with solutions.
• Develop strategies to strengthen relationships, adoption, and long-term success.
• Champion Ascend Analytics’ values of integrity, curiosity, and excellence.
