Key Responsibilities

• Leadership and Team Development: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing client services team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

• Client Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring our services meet the evolving needs of the community.

• Community Outreach: Establish and maintain strong relationships with community members and organizations to promote our services and identify opportunities for collaboration.

• Stay Up to Date with DDD Policies and Guidlines.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in client services, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience in support coordiantion organizations is a plus.

• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds, demonstrating empathy and effective communication.
