Job summary

Synergy HomeCare in New York, NY is seeking a Director of Client Services to lead our client service organization and collaborate with clinical and operations teams to deliver exceptional care.

You will develop and implement client service strategies to drive growth, guide a team of coordinators, and foster partnerships with hospitals, providers, and other care organizations, ensuring seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role, in home healthcare
• Proven track record of success in developing and implementing client service strategies
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
