Job summary

BMO Financial Group is seeking a Director, Client Operations, Risk & Complexity Enablement to lead end-to-end InvestorLine operations, drive service excellence, and ensure robust risk governance. You will steward improvements in performance, resilience and client outcomes, partnering with cross-functional teams to embed priorities into frontline execution.

Qualifications

• Typically 9+ years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree.
• Extensive leadership in financial services operations, with risk and regulatory program exposure.
• Strong ability to lead through ambiguity and high-pressure events in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Owns service engine and operating performance across InvestorLine operations.
• Sets expectations and operating rhythms for service, productivity, quality and client outcomes.
• Manages governance for escalations, complaints, fraud events, regulatory concerns and policy exceptions.
• Leads operational planning, forecasting and performance reporting across the portfolio.
