Job summary

BMO Financial Group in Chicago seeks a senior program leader to drive design, development, and management of cross-enterprise initiatives from business case through execution.

You will partner with Retail and Wholesale Credit teams, align governance, and shape target operating models and policy implementation while mentoring teams, fostering inclusion, and ensuring delivery of strategic outcomes for the bank.

Qualifications

• Typically 9+ years of relevant experience in the financial services industry, and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience; completion of an MBA is desirable.
• Thorough knowledge of banking products, services, organization, and group interrelationships.
• Experience in the development and delivery of strategic initiatives impacting people, processes, and technology.
• Experience delivering innovative solutions from concept to change management.
