Qualifications

• Strong data mindset with ability to read KPIs and coach from metrics.
• Proven history of building or rebuilding teams around growth and client conversion.
• Comfort with AI to sharpen coaching, workflows, and throughput.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the intake team and grow the team as the firm expands.
• Own conversion end-to-end: lead response time, consultation scheduling and attendance, follow-up, and engagement rate.
• Coach attorneys and staff on consultation and engagement numbers; influence without authority.
• Manage weekly KPI reviews and 1:1s with direct reports and departments to improve engagement and revenue.
