The Ramage Law Group is seeking an Assistant Director of Client Relations to own the consultation experience from initial contact to client retention. You will guide warm inbound prospects through critical decisions, build trust quickly, and confidently secure engagement with the firm.
You will drive growth by improving conversion metrics, maintaining a disciplined pipeline, and collaborating with attorneys to ensure a seamless transition from consultation to onboarding.
This is not a passive intake role. This is where trust turns into commitment.
We are seeking a high-performing, emotionally intelligent closer to serve as our Assistant Director of Client Relations. You will own the consultation experience from start to finish, guiding prospective clients through one of the most important decisions of their lives and helping them confidently choose the right path forward.
You will work exclusively with warm, inbound leads-individuals and families already seeking help. Your role is to quickly build trust, understand their situation, clearly recommend next steps, and confidently secure their engagement with the firm.
Success in this role comes from your ability to balance empathy with leadership. You listen deeply, communicate with clarity, and are not afraid to ask for commitment when it matters most.
This role directly drives firm growth through consultation-to-retention conversion. Your impact is measurable, visible, and essential.
The Ramage Law Group is a client-centered family law firm dedicated to helping families protect what matters most. We provide practical, thoughtful legal solutions with empathy, clarity, and integrity.
Our attorneys handle divorce, child custody and visitation, family violence, extended family rights, adoption, and prenuptial agreements. Because these matters are deeply personal, we prioritize solutions that keep decision-making in the hands of those who will live with the outcome, including collaborative law when appropriate.
We are a 24-person, growth-oriented firm that values professionalism, collaboration, and long-term relationships, with many clients returning or referring others based on the trust we build.
This role is for someone who doesn't just "handle" consultations-you lead them.
You take pride in helping people move from uncertainty to clarity. You understand that empathy builds trust, but confidence closes decisions. You're motivated by results, but you never lose sight of the human being in front of you.
If that sounds like you, this is a place where your skillset directly translates into impact, growth, and meaningful work.
