• Strong communication with attorneys and intake staff.

Responsibilities

• Coach the entire firm on conversations that win or lose clients across departments.
• Identify when consultations or attendance slip and articulate fixes to improve outcomes.
• Use reporting to develop people rather than micromanage; drive measurable improvements.
