Hamlin & Burton Liability Management, Inc. is seeking an Organizational Development Director to design and run comprehensive training programs that support claims knowledge, regulatory compliance, and professional growth across departments.

You will collaborate with claims leadership, compliance, QA and human resources to identify learning needs, set objectives and align programs with strategic goals, reporting to the Senior Vice President.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, business, HR, organizational development or related field.
• Five+ years of experience in claims management or insurance operations, with training background.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, facilitation and coaching.
• Ability to work with senior leadership, claims personnel, compliance and admin teams.
• Preference: experience at a TPA, carrier, defense firm, or law firm.
• Preference: experience with complex liability, medical malpractice or bodily injury claims.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver onboarding and ongoing training for claims staff.
• Design specialized training for complex liability, medical malpractice, senior care, healthcare-related and general liability bodily injury claims.
• Train staff on claim investigation, documentation, reserving, litigation management, settlement evaluation, client service and file handling standards.
• Write training materials, procedures, reference guides, case studies and competency assessments.
