Delaware Family Court is seeking a Judicial Case Management Administrator (Director of Child Support) with statewide responsibility for directing all child support activities. The role requires leading policy reviews, coordinating case flow, and training staff and officers across the state.

The incumbent will oversee budgets related to Title IV-D funds, liaise with DCSS and the DOJ, and steer initiatives to enhance child support services in Delaware. Statewide travel is required.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience in legal case flow management.
• One year of interpreting laws, rules, regulations, standards, policies, and procedures.
• One year of directing or overseeing operations or staff supervision, including planning, assigning, reviewing, and evaluating the work.
• Six months’ experience developing and implementing policies, procedures, action plans, and process improvement initiatives.
• Six months’ experience managing administrative resources, including budget development and monitoring, with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Direct all child support activities within Family Court at statewide level.
• Lead Quadrennial Review and related policy developments for Delaware Child Support Formula.
• Coordinate calendars, case flow, and stakeholder communications.
• Train staff and judicial officers on child support topics.
• Serve as liaison to DCSS and DOJ Child Support Unit and manage change initiatives.
